Lifelong resident Edmund Malkoon has proudly served Lauderdale-By-The-Sea as Commissioner, Vice Mayor, and now Mayor — focused on keeping our community safe, financially strong, and true to the small-town coastal charm that makes our town so special.

Throughout his service, Edmund has worked to make local government more accessible and responsive by improving communication with residents, reintroducing home delivery of Town Topics, supporting community engagement through Mondays with the Mayor, and encouraging excellent customer service throughout Town government.
